No, nothing says that respect is required.  Orders must be followed, but
respect is something that is earned.  Gulf of difference there.

Larry, do I remember that you served in the military?  Don't tell me you
didn't have some officers that, in your personal opinion, couldn't find
their ass without a map and large-print directions?
