You guys are missing my points I've made a couple.
1 should dui be illegal? I say no. Because there is no victim. Also travel is a right. Hammer the shit out of people that do damage or harm. 2 should check points be legal? No. Read the 4th amendment, don't like it? Ammend it. Good luck with that. I understand that we are living in what the founders would obviously call a state of tyranny today.
