After they do harm and kill others, then it is too late. My grandson was killed by a drunk driver who was on his 7th DUI and had his license revoked. My grandson's right to live trumps this asshole's right to travel. This asshole should have been locked up long time ago so he can do no more harm. Hopefully now, that he is getting charged with 3 counts of murder (He also killed a pastor and his 7 year old granddaughter) and 6 counts of attempted murder, he will spend the rest of his life in jail...where he belongs.

I say no. Because there is no victim. Also travel is a right. Hammer the shit out of people that do damage or harm. 2 should check points be legal? No. Read the 4th amendment, don't like it? Ammend it. Good luck with that. I understand that we are living in what the founders would obviously call a state of tyranny today. You guys Are just way more comfortable in your chains than I am.
