There is a difference you know right? This is a gated community. It is all private property. If he were on a public side walk I'd have a different opinion. Also I want to address some stuff you said earlier about wanna bes. I remember when crime was still really bad and climbing, not dropping and badly reported. I remember when people walked by rapes and murders and did nothing. You basically talked down to people who go out of there way to help other people. Leave it to the professionals right? But the supreme court had found that police don't have any obligation to protect you. So if that's true you have to protect yourself and we need to be able to protect each other. As a private citizen I can do all kinds of things I could not as a soldier and the same is true of the police.
