During WW1 there were at least 5 instances where german americans in the Imperial army were in trenches opposite the American positions. What is the difference in the above situation and a sniper killing someone who is an American with Imperial German army, and a drone killing someone who is an American affiliated with AQ in Saudi Arabia?
