Not at all. The Obama admin admitted to a targeted killing of a US citizen without criminal judicial process. They justified it by saying by saying that he was waging war against the US. You can agree or disagree with the justification, but I'd still say that it is murder. Certainly wasn't in the heat of the moment, wasn't collateral damage, wasn't in a battle. It was targeted killing, which is murder in my book. Now it might be justified murder. I'd say the killing of Osama Bin Laden was justified murder. But still murder none the less.
