We've had a very broken immigration system for a long time. I think that we
can fix the immigration system going forward so it works a hell of a lot
better.

Once we get our shit together so there isn't the need for people to
immigrate illegally in the future, then the question is what to do about
the people who are already here illegally. I know a number of examples of
people who have been in the country for many years, raising families,
working steadily, picking up specialized skills. They are part of
communities and their kids have never really known a country other than the
US.

I saw that if people are living along side me, working hard, keeping out of
trouble, raising families...fuck, they are about as American as anyone else
here. And probably considerably better neighbors than many so-called
citizens.

I think that it should be easier for people to come to America and take
part in a country that I think is really special. Let's make that happen
for people that want to be here, that want to make things better. And let's
clean up the mess created by a fucked up system so everyone is straightened
out and playing by the same rules.

Cheers,
Judah
