I have to be honest, I do not recall your response (and could not find the thread on my timeline).

I will admit that the problem lies in part (a big part) with insurance companies who sold plans after the law passed that they knew would not 'qualify' after 2014. But, it was known that there were plans that could not be kept, yet he kept saying 'if you like it, you can keep it' - which was not the case. If he had added 'as long as it meets the requirements of the ACA' he would be all good...but he didn't, as such, what he said was not true..thus...a lie.
