The problem is that judges want to legislate from the Bench. You notice it took this era of PC run amok for this to happen. Maybe people will finally start to realize that PC is a bunch of Bullshit and we need to stop catering to every wim of every minority. Not just this case. This isn't as big when it comes to what I am talking about. However, I think it will wake people up a little bit more.
