I didn't ask to be put in this program.  As a matter of fact I've appealed
and begged and pleaded every way I can to not be in it.

However if I am in it, and I work full time, I will be charged with a
federal felony.  As though it is fraud.  Even though I'm telling them I
would rather work, would rather return to my permanent 70%.

It's a bull shit way of paying us 100% without having to pay all the
benefits.  If you're 100% permanent and total your kids get CHAMPUS health
care and additional benefits.  In TDIU you get nothing for family.  The 100%
permanent rating has all kinds of additional programs and benefits
associated with it.
