It has nothing to do with funding, most agree more funding just makes it worse. It's the culture of corruption, these idiots get huge bonuses for gaming the wait time numbers. This agency needs to go away. It would cost a fraction of the cost to put the Vets on regular insurance plans. But then cronies don't get to buy big houses. This is the model for Obamacare, be very afraid.
