Seriously? Not working with Congress? What drugs are you taking? Obama has bent over backwards trying to be bipartisan and give in so many times that it ceased to be compromise and became capitulation. It doesn't even take issues that are controversial. Remember, they blocked a bill that would have funded an expansion of veteran's clinics as well as bills for veteran's jobs programs...every single time. Obama has faced a congress that just said no to everything.

I take the infographic from the site more as Obama whining as well as the gun control PAC's whining. Another part, not represented in the article, is the fact that between the President's own attitude when it comes to working with Congress (here's a hint, he doesn't) and even Congress's ability to function between the two parties (here's a hint, they don't) means that any issue that is even moderately controversial is going to stagnate. Voter ID, Congressional Oversight, Energy Independence and even a Budget have all fallen victim to this. So have issues pressed by the left including Gun Control. If 90% of the country truly wanted background checks then common legislation could easily be passed at the state level. Otherwise, at the Federal level, the Constitution, Congressional activity (or lack thereof) and Supreme Court decisions (some of which pre-date Obama) have pretty much put this issue to bed.
