Just so I understand. If you get notified from Mexico that there are people in your neighborhood doing bad things and Mexico is going to launch an attack, with bombs and other explosive ordinance, on your neighbors, Mexico would be absolved of any and all wrong doing should you, or one of your family members, die in the attack because you didn't leave your home?
Something just does not compute there, Tim. Of all people, I would think you would have an issue with that. The US has gotten slaughtered in the press when there are 'civilian' casualties from these strikes of which you speak. I guess the only thing the US has not done correctly in these attacks was let people know ahead of time that we were going to do it. Then it would not be our fault.
