Israel destroys rocket launchers. If rockets are launched from a hospital, notices are sent out that it will be destroyed. If the Israelis find out there are still people at the site they will cancel the attack. They canceled many such attacks.
Right now it looks like a ground attack is eminent. Israel said it's going in and will police Gaza again. .
