This is the key point for me. If Hamas stopped shooting at Israel, Israel would stop shooting back. If Israel stopped shooting at Hamas....which they DID for the cease fire the other day....Hamas took the opportunity to shoot a few dozen more missiles. We can discuss degrees and proportionality, which is certainly important....but this basic fact lays clear who the aggressor is.
