We alot no more than an hour for the retro, and only at the end of a sprint which winds up being every two weeks.
If the PO has been grooming the backlog like he should sprint planning shouldn't take a long time. We even built in time to demo each user story for a sprint. Our dailies are no more than 15 minutes, and limited to what did you do yesterday and what are you doing today, anything else is taken off line.
