Oh, I defintely agree that the system is good in general - it just
seemed silly that I couldn't find 'old' date (mind you, this is only
9-10 months ago) - and it seemed real silly when I couldn't find it at
both my bank and my credit card site - and when I called them directly.
I understand now from the other poster that they have to archive stuff,
but I find it hard to imagine that their own support people can't have
direct access to it.
