not according to the APA's diagnostic and statistical manual - IV. Its on a
completely different diagnostic axis.

Moreover the Parkinson's Disease Foundation does not list it as a mental
illness either.

I'll go with the professional definitions rather than a vague dictionary
definition in this case. It has a bit more credibility.
