So, the small circus comes to town. The elephant trainer tells the audience, "You can train an elephant to stand on his hind legs, and you can train an elephant to stand on his front legs, but you can't get an elephant to jump all four legs off the ground at once. I'll pay $100 to anyone who can."
A number of patrons try. Then, a young boy takes his turn. He walks up behind the elephant with two large rocks, and smacks them together hard. Of course, the elephant jumps all four legs off the ground. The trainer has to pay the boy $100. The next night, the trainer is about to try the same trick, when he sees the boy in the audience again. So, the trainer changes the offer, "Everyone knows you can train an elephant to shake his head 'Yes', and you can train an elephant to shake his head 'No', but you can't train him to do both. I'll give $100 to anyone who can." A number of people try and fail. The trainer is trying to ignore the boy frantically waving his arm. The crowd makes the trainer let the boy try. The boy walks up in front of the elephant. "Remember me?"
