You gots a problem with dry sherry for a chicken marinade?
I have to say, I blew the lady I cooked for away with my prowess in the
kitchen. To be quite crude about it, wine can get you laid whether she
drinks it or not. ;) Besides, plying her with drink is obvious, while
using it to create a fabulous meal she's not really expecting isn't.
And, if I'm arranging for beer to go in my chili, I'm sure the hell going to
get something better than Bud. Although, to be honest, I'd have to do a
little research to find out what makes the best beer chili.
So yeah, I went for gourmet liquor pimpin'. And for the record, I was 20.
