Even if you did want to overthrow the govt, a piddly assault weapon would be
pretty useless against the sophistocation of the us military.  However, back
in the day, having a gun was a great equalizer- if you had a rifle, you were
probably more accurate than the brits with their muskets.  The conclusion is
that times have changed.  Overthrowing the govt with a gun is no longer an
option even if you have a gun.  Now maybe overthrowing the microsoft
tyranny. . .
