How can you not see how wrong that is? Especially when Iraq is not holding back oil (in fact, they want nothing more than to open the pipelines to full cpacity). When the US held back oil from Japan during the early years of WWII, Japan saw this as a reason to attack the US. This is not the same as the Iraq situation.
