I understand your point entirely Tim, but perhaps the big difference is that Gel's country's foreign policies don't have as much of an impact on the world at large as yours? I don't think it's wrong to criticise other countries for how they behave. And neither does America otherwise it wouldn't involve itself in their affairs.
