One would expect professional mailers to know the difference between opt 
in, DOUBLE opt in and CONFIRMED opt in and which one will not get you into 
trouble with the spam hunters.

Unfortunately, it is the unresponsible behaviour of affiliates and hired 
email marketeers that has forced people to take the issues they have with 
them up with the main site.

I don't know anything about how eDiets does business, I just know a thing or two about 
the way they advertise it. Apparently, we just disagree on 
the definition of spam and spam support. But it looks eDiets has found a 
nice bulletproof pink contract, so there is little to do about it :-(
