But you have to give him some credit for some of the things he SENDS OUT of the State 
Department mail servers. Tim, I sense a level of honesty and rationality in your 
thought, which for a military person surrounded by (from what it appears from the 
outside) *kill kill rah rah rah* attitudes, must be difficult to maintain at times.

Now if you could only kick some of that rationality up the ranks a little bit 
(whitehouse), we'd be all good.
