If you like the 1812 Overture you will probably like Beethoven's symphonies. Go beyond the rather cliched Fifth (though past the famous opening its really excellent) and check out the Seventh, which I have been told was his best, and the Symphonie Pastorale, #6.
I also really like the Symphony for the New World, by Dvorak I think.
