Gah! Last time I heard a piece from the Four Seasons I snapped and killed a room full of cellists. It's Not that it's not pretty. It is. It's just that it's so damned overplayed.
I don't know classical music really, but what I do is listen to public radio's classical music. Except for Saturdays. That's the "Classics by Request" day. It's nothing but Four Seasons, Ninth Symphony, Valkyries, and Carmina Burana. Give me some Liszt, Mahler or Haydn once in a while.
