I've looked at some of the other postings. I would also suggest Mahler (specifically, his 2nd symphony), and Richard Strauss (an example would be Also sprach Zarathrusra (sp?)). I also really like most Rachmaninov and most Brahms, but they may not be the "loud" classical composers you would want.
I'm listening to Mahler's 2nd right now, as a matter of fact. -----Original Message----- From: Marlon Moyer [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, June 05, 2003 11:46 AM To: CF-Community Subject: Classical Music suggestions I'm trying out the Real Rhapsody music service. So far it's pretty darn cool. The music selection is varied and encompasses a lot of the bands I like. Anyway, I'm trying to put together a classical playlist. I like the loud classical pieces in the vein of '1812 Overture','Night on Bald Mountain','Ride of the Valkyries'. What are some other suggestions the community might have.
