you can do the deductions as any form of business though, partnership, sole 
proprietorship S corporation or corporation. I am a sole proprietor. There 
are a lot of deductions, yes. Watch out for deducting space in your home as 
an office though, I hear its an almost automatic audit. It is legal, but 
often abused and difficult to do properly. Your mileage may vary of course 
and nothing substitutes for the advice of a tax attorney :)
