:Whoa, nellie. Besides the fact that many /much/ older religions are still :around (Buddhism, Hinduism, etc) you've missed a very important one: :adoption.
But in the scheme of human civilization say "n" years (where "n" is the number of years ago that the rise of language skills and the gathering of people into cohesive social groups larger than families), these are relative newcomers. I agree with adoption, and consider that part of adaption. :Are there religions that don't ask these questions? Not all directly :address them (much less try to answer them) but it seems to me that these :questions are at the root of religion itself, as all other questions :eventually lead to them. Point taken. Thanks Ben for your points. I appreciate it. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?forumid=5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/index.cfm?method=subscribe&forumid=5 Host with the leader in ColdFusion hosting.
