Right..I've seen these automatic website 'generators' myself.

I am wondering why some CF Expert, or at least someone who's
'Advanced'...doesn't write one of these for CFML.
Especially with the released of Bluedragon from New Atlanta. That would
give a 'Free' platform that would compete with PHP, with the ease of
CFML.

What's holding CF Developers back from venturing into this area?

It seems to be first choice for new projects in my area, I haven't seen
a new CF or ASP site for a while. I'm sure price has a lot to do with
it, but it is simpler to learn than ASP and an average computer graduate
will pick it up in no time.

Some of the PHP applications are very impressive, I have been playing
around with Xoops (http://www.xoops.org), if you have access to a server
that will run it I recommend having a look. For many websites it has all
the functionality needed and adding modules for increased functionality
is a matter of a mouse click - depressingly simple for those of us who
make a living from codeing :(
