As if rollin on "X", high on weed, and drunk as a skunk wasn't enough, she had to get behind the wheel of a 2+ ton piece of machinery and attempt to operate it. I thought the term "Off with her head" was appropiate, which was from someone else on the list. Oh Well, at least she won't get 5 warnings like the drunks do.
