I *used* to like them too, and also recommended them. Never had any problems with their service otherwise. ... But this is just unacceptable.
I just looked up the actual charge they won't extend me time for ... $14.10. $14.10. Oh, and our dedicated bill with the other host is $1000+ I forgot we have 2 servers with them now. Oh well. Maybe that's why UplinkEarth REALLY doesn't care.
