I figured it depended on how good the decoder stuff in the speaker amp is -
if the Audigy2 decoder and Logitech decoder are about equal, or the Logitech is 
better, then it would be cleaner sending a digital signal from the Audigy2 to 
the amp. Only if the Audigy2 decoder were way better would the analog be 
prefereable, I guess. And I doubt as much as the Logitech rig costs if the 
decoder would be cheap.
OK, so I'll try a digital cable :-)
