No, Audigy 2 does *not* have coax and optical digital ports.
It has one "digital" miniplug with coax and digital in/out ports.

To connect digitally, you have to get their accessory SP/DIF in/out patch cable 
(which I got for a prior SB Live).

Or, the "Platinum" drive bay patch panel, which they don't sell separately for 
the plain Audigy2 (yet).
