Yea its got the nice digital and optical ports for reasons!!

It keeps analog for us holdovers who don't have it yet.

Which audigy 2 do you have? Audigy 2

or 2 EX platinum ?

defiantly awesome card you can tell the difference between 16bit SB Live and
24bit audigy2
