It's specifically from the skin of grapes. So red wines that get their
color from the skin of the grape benefit from the natual anti-oxidant,
but white wines or blush wines don't. Purple grape juice is apparently
just as good for this as wine, but wine has the benefit of thinning the
blood which can also be good for some people.
