Sure, so long as it is not sponsored by the state in any way.

For instance, if the church wants to hold a picnic at the park, or
participate in a softball league, and would like to pray before they eat or
play a game, then there is nothing wrong with that.

If however we require people to pray before they eat or play, then we have a
problem.
