Right there with you.

In my case it's pretty much totally because my job has turned to a
steaming pile of donkey crap... but that's just me.  ;^)

However I've taken up non-computer things.  Sitting in front of the
computer just exacerbates it for me.

I bought a tandem trailer for the bike so my son and I go out together
more.  The exercise also seems to help my energy levels.

I replaced the old plastic sleeves on my comic books with new ones (a
mind-numbing task when you do it 5,000 times).

Oh - and video games: my PS2 has saved me a lot.  Spend some time in a
favorite genre with a great game.  In the past month or so I've beaten 8
or nine games that had been piling up.
