I agree on several points.

First, I don't have internet access at home.  After 9-10 hours, I don't
really care who emails me.  Getting away from it is a good thing.

I go walking.  Sometimes, I just walk on the treadmill while reading.
Sometimes I go to the store.  Sometimes, I walk with family.  But whatever
it is, I try to get out and moving at least every other day.

Most of all, I try to break my routine every couple of days.  If I usually
go out to eat for lunch, I'll go home or order in.  If I usually hang with a
certain friend, I'll go out with someone else.  If I usually stay in and
read, I'll rent a movie.  Just anything different!
