I second that, there is no point in sitting there feeling bad because
you can't code at the moment - take some time to do something else, and
don't feel guilty about doing it either.

Next month I'm off to a retreat centre for a week, no phones, computers,
tv, books or any other distractions. Perhaps there is somewhere like
that you could look at?
