Came back quickly and PCAnywhere for Mac

Hello everyone, I took a few days off and I'm back today, my head is a bit more clear and I've got a lot of stresses off my mind. I've got a user who is using VNC to remotely access a Macintosh, but VNC frequently locks up on the Mac. Are there any alternatives to this program?
