Actually, it is. All that is needed is a small setting to designate all posts to
the particular topic from the particular list be moved to a different list. Of
course, this might make the message bounce if the poster is not subscribed to
the redirect list destination, but what can you do. Control of OT posts are
possible but need a human to determine what is OT.
