big problem. Even if they are a member, but don't check the list often
you may get hit with several copies as they try to repost until they see
it. ;^)
There's also (I would guess - you know better than I do) an issue with
the subject changing.
Still I guess it COULD be done. sort of. But I doubt it would ever be
"clean".

Actually, it is. All that is needed is a small setting to designate all
posts to
the particular topic from the particular list be moved to a different
list. Of
course, this might make the message bounce if the poster is not
subscribed to
the redirect list destination, but what can you do. Control of OT posts
are
possible but need a human to determine what is OT.
