1) dammit jim, she is a psychiatric nurse, not a tech geek
2) actually, there is no apparent "help"" on Qwest voice mail. That was the
voice mail "repair"line I was harassing. One reason we don't use Quest at
the office here.
3) if any directions were mailed to her she did not have them
4) the conference call is a great idea and I will pass it along.
