And MS is taking issue with #2 since iTunes supposedly can't read something
like 40 formats, mostly MS formats for WMP9.
And because iTunes doesn't support the Microsoft DRM formats, they are
trying to say that it doesn't give people choice about where to purchase
their music. While that may sort of be true, I don't see WMP9 supporting AAC
either. And iTunes encodes to .mp3 while WMP9 encodes to .wma.
