Because shes his wife, its HIS choice not the parents. If she wanted to
let nature take its course then why give her to her parents? Sure they
would have to take care of her but that means she's still stuck in a
body that can do nothing for her but be a living hell.

Odds are both sides are right. The husband is probably right in saying

the woman wanted to die. The parents are probably right that the husband
wants to take the money and get on with his life and his new woman.

I don't see the problem. It appears that the woman is mentally gone, so
she
isn't even trapped in her head. So why not have a judge say, "No you
can't
take her off life support because you don't have a written living will,
but
the parents who want her to stay on life support are now responsible for
the
ongoing medical costs of keeping her there."

That'll teach 'em.
