There is enough doubt that things between her and the husband were not
all hunky dory.
I find it difficult to comprehend why one would wish to view the
husband's claims his comatose wife told him to kill her if she was in a
vegetative state, in isolation of the other factors.
In any case, the courts have apparently agreed there is enough grounds
for them to stay this woman's execution.
I will reiterate my earlier response to your last question:
As for people killing themselves?
I really couldn't care less if Americans kill themselves.
I do care if benefactors of any health system and society which my taxes
support, and in which I exist, kills themselves however.
To make the answer even simpler, remove that cost to society and you are
free to kill yourself.
