And he's not killing her shes been dead for years. Shes got the brain
activity of a piece of jello dude
if you think jello has a meaningful existance you are kidding yourself.
She is not killing herself or anyone
she should be dead because of the problem 10+ years ago, through medical
technology she has been kept alive aganist her will that was said by her
husband.
She would be dead and he would have won the $$ either way. SO he did not
benefit dude, shes dead to him, he has benefited LESS from her being a
veggie. He's had to keep her in hospital care for 10+ years thats ALOT
Of money. So the money issue really doesn't hold alot of water with me.

Subject: RE: This is .....

There is no legal proof that she told her husband this.

There is enough doubt that things between her and the husband were not
all hunky dory.

I find it difficult to comprehend why one would wish to view  the
husband's claims his comatose wife told him to kill her if she was in a
vegetative state, in isolation of the other factors.

In any case, the courts have apparently agreed there is enough grounds
for them to stay this woman's execution.

I will reiterate my earlier response to your last question:

As for people killing themselves?
I really couldn't care less if Americans kill themselves.
I do care if benefactors of any health system and society which my taxes
support, and in which I exist, kills themselves however.

To make the answer even simpler, remove that cost to society and you are
free to kill yourself.

Because she told her husband she didn't want to be there and thats what
is the decision.

People can always throw up whatifs to try to block someones argument.

Do you think a person has a right to decide if they live or die?
If you are a veggie do you want to stay alive?
