Does the 'our' refer to Bush and his buddies like Kenneth Lay from Enron
and Cheny?
Or does 'Our' refer to the American people?

However, some Americans like to think themselves,analyse situations, and
safeguard their civil liberties and their constitution.
If you are not one of them then indeed you cannot argue.
